Driveway In FallFull use of the Mansion and grounds:

Weekend Wedding or Event Package $5,000*:

  • Friday and Saturday night stay for up to 10 people

Mansion GroundsFull use of the Mansion and grounds, up to 10 people:

  • $2,500 per night + tax.
  • Sunday through Thursday night stay:
  • $1,500 per night + tax.
  • Weekly rate :

  • Monthly rate:
  • $20,000 + tax. Please contact us for details and availability.
  • Damage deposit - $500
  • Check-in at 3 p.m.; Check-out at 11 a.m.

Mansion In FallTuesday through Thursday - Main Floor Only
(Main floor use, staircases, landings and full use of grounds.)

  • 4 hour maximum: $900
  • Additional hours - $50 per hour
  • Damage deposit - 50% of total rental charge
  • Cleaning fee: $100
